We collect only the information you choose to give us, such as when you join our email or text list, sign in at a class or event, book a session or save a spot in a virtual class. This may include:

Your email address
Your mobile phone number
Your organization and event details, if you send a booking inquiry
Payment confirmation details, such as your name, the amount and whether you paid by Cash App or Zelle. We do not receive or store your bank or card numbers.
Messages you send us

Our website may also use basic technical information, such as your browser type and pages visited, and small files stored in your browser (for example, to remember that you closed a sign-up window). Videos on our site are provided by YouTube, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

To confirm your class registration and send your Zoom link and reminders
To answer your questions and respond to booking inquiries
To match your payment to your class spot

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from BNEW4LIFE, we will use it to send class reminders, schedules, virtual training dates and program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages, or reply HELP for help. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:

Service providers that help us run our programs, such as our email and text messaging platform (Brevo), our website host (Netlify), our video class platform (Zoom) and payment apps (Cash App and Zelle). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of BNEW4LIFE, our participants or others.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

Email: click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email.
Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
Access, correction or deletion: contact us and we will update or delete your information.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it to run our programs. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children’s privacy

Our website and messaging programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
